With over 15 years of massage therapy experience and education plus more than 18 years of self study in natural health, I serve you with all my knowledge and skills during every session.

Research about the proven positive effects of touch on the health of infants,

  • Warwick University summarized results from 13 infant massage studies with over 550 infants. Researchers reported that babies who were massage cried less, sleep better and had improved mother-infant bonding.
  • Preschoolers who received massage therapy had improved testscores on test compared to those who did not receive massage.
  • Skin to skin contact lowers blood pressure and boosts the immune system.
